Shannon Burke, EFDA – Extended Function Dental Assistant

Shannon graduated from Aristotle Institute of Medical and Dental Technology in 1995. Shannon received her Certified Dental Assistant License in 1997 and attended Ohio State University in 2000 to receive an Extended Functions Dental Assistant License. A Columbus native, she has been married for 12 years and has two young boys, ages 7 and 4. She is a huge Disney fan and loves music, movies and fishing.

Melissa Hodges – Certified Dental Assistant

Melissa has been a certified dental assistant since 1987. She has an Associate of Science Degree and has spent her career assisting as well as providing dental assisting instruction. She has been married for 18 years and has one son in college and one in high school. Along with dental assisting, she enjoys cooking, documentaries and family time.

Anna Haynes – Dental Hygenist

Anna graduated from Columbus State Community College in 2003. She has been practicing Dental Hygiene for 8 years. She is a member of the Reynoldsburg Church of the Nazarene. Anna has two children -- ages 5 and 7 -- and has been married to her husband Matt for 10 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, camping and going to the beach.

Shelley Kirkland – Dental Hygenist

Shelley graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 1997. She has been been practicing as a Registed Dental Hygenist for 14 years. She is a member of the Tri-Village Christian Church in Pataskala and enjoys singing, quilting and traveling with her family -- daughter Delaney, 7, and her husband of 14 years, Dan.

Bryn Rice – Office Manager

Bryn has been in Organizational Management for over twelve years and in the Dental Practice Management field for the past 4 years. She strives to provide execellence in patient assistance with regards to understanding treatment plans and insurance policies. Outside of her career, Bryn stays active with her three children -- Jordan, 15; Sara, 11; and Josiah, 9. She enjoys travelling anywhere warm and near the water, cooking, reading, shopping and pursuing higher education.
